Data Deletion Instructions
Last updated: July 31, 2026
How to request deletion
A user may request deletion of their APEX account data, workspace membership data, or connected social platform provider data by contacting APEX.
- When available, sign in and open Account โ Social connections to disconnect the provider and request removal of its stored data.
- Email aidan.kolar@apexsolutionslive.com with the subject line: Data Deletion Request.
- Include the email address used to sign in to APEX.
- Include the workspace or business name if known.
- State whether the request is for account deletion, social platform disconnect/deletion, uploaded content deletion, or all applicable data.
Revoke access directly with a provider
Users may also revoke APEX from the connected provider's account settings. Google and YouTube access can be reviewed or revoked at Google account permissions. Revoking provider access stops future authorized API access but does not replace a request to remove data already stored in APEX.
Connected Facebook and Instagram data
Users can revoke APEX access from their Meta account settings. APEX also supports a Meta data-deletion callback for platform-initiated deletion requests. The callback for this APEX environment is:

What deletion means
APEX will remove or tombstone provider connection records, tokens, and workspace records according to the request, legal requirements, platform requirements, and operational safety needs. Some security, audit, billing, or legal records may be retained if required for legitimate business, legal, or security purposes.
Expected response
APEX will review deletion requests and respond with confirmation or follow-up questions. APEX targets completion of a verified connected-provider deletion request within seven days. If a request cannot be completed exactly as submitted because of a legal, security, or ownership issue, APEX will explain the reason and the available next step.
