Government Requests Policy

APEX Automation and Technology Solutions LLC reviews requests from public authorities before disclosing user, customer, or platform data. This policy applies to requests involving APEX accounts, client workspaces, social platform connections, uploaded media, analytics, and related support records.

• APEX reviews each request for legal authority, jurisdiction, proper process, scope, and required response deadline.
• APEX does not provide informal or direct access to user, customer, or platform data.
• APEX may request clarification, narrowing, or corrected legal process before responding.

APEX may challenge or decline requests that appear unlawful, overbroad, unclear, improperly served, or not binding on APEX. APEX may also object when a request seeks more data than is necessary for the stated legal purpose.

When APEX is legally required to respond, it discloses only the minimum information reasonably necessary to comply with the validated request. APEX does not disclose unrelated workspace data, unrelated client data, or credentials such as platform access tokens unless legally required.

• APEX records the request date, requesting authority, legal process type, affected account or workspace when known, review outcome, response date, and the categories of data disclosed.
• APEX records the reasoning for rejecting, narrowing, challenging, or complying with a request.
• APEX keeps these records separate from client-facing reports and does not expose them to other client workspaces.

Where legally permitted and operationally possible, APEX may notify the affected user or customer before disclosing their data. APEX may delay or withhold notice if prohibited by law, court order, or valid legal restriction.

This policy works with the APEX Privacy Policy and Data Deletion process. Deletion requests may be limited when APEX must preserve records to comply with a valid legal obligation.
